ABOUT
'Allthingsgrammar' is a site that I created out of necessity. I’m an ESL teacher and I can usually rely on the assigned course book for adequate listening, speaking, reading and writing practice. Unfortunately, this is not always true for grammar practice. Far too often, I’ve spent valuable time searching resource libraries and ESL sites to find additional grammar resources to ‘fill the gap’ (I’m sure you have, too). Therefore, in April, 2014, I decided to make a site fully dedicated to grammar.
I set four goals for the site:
1. First, it had to be easy to navigate (to save time, of course - teachers are indeed busy!).
2. Second, it had to contain every imaginable kind of grammar that I might possibly teach.
3. Third, it had to contain useful, high-quality printable materials. It had to be practical and
engaging - it had to help my learners learn effectively.
4. It had to be free.
'Allthingsgrammar' is still a relatively young site, and I am still working hard to fulfill the above goals but I’d like to say a big “Thank you!” for all your support. If you find the site at all useful, it is because all your ideas and suggestions have made the site so much better than it could ever have been otherwise. Thank you! This site is dedicated to you!
Best wishes,
Robert Dobie
P.S. The site is still free and always will be (of course)!
