Dear Mr. Dobie, I'm a teacher from Koenigsbrunn, Germany. I teach English and History at a "Gymnasium" (secondary education; grades 5 to 12. I'm really into blended learning as well. Today, I've discovered your FABULOUS websites and I've already passed on the links to my colleagues. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the incredible amount of work you put into these worksheets, and thank you even more for providing the downloads for free. I'd love to treat you to a cup of coffee, but I fear you are too far away. I'll start using the worksheets, etc. ASAP. Thanks for being a teacher-superhero! Cheers!

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your website and its absolutely wonderful resources. I am a TEFL teacher in Tenerife with students ranging from 5 to C1 level. Your worksheets and ideas have saved me hours of preparation. I work Monday to Saturday, and Sundays are spent prepping for the following week, so having the prep time cut down is a bonus. Thank you again.

I am so grateful to have discovered your websites (allthingstopics and allthingsgrammar)! I teach very large (up to 68 students at a time) multilevel ESL classes at a Correctional Facility in California. I have begun to use many of your materials from both websites and my students are benefiting greatly! I am really excited about continuing to explore and use many of your resources. I love the organization and ease of using the websites! You have made it so easy to find just the right handout and each and every handout is so professionally produced! Thanks a million!

I am STUNNED at the amount of work you have put into these two websites (topics and grammar). They are amazing and I just wanted to thank you so so much for offering a variety of activities that are level appropriate and interesting! They are a great supplement to the materials & textbooks I use teaching here in Canada (LINC & International program).

I just want to say thank you! Grammar is the least favourite thing for me to teach, since students are highly allergic to it, so it has to be served in small portions and made simple. You have done just that. Yesterday my students played Grammar City and I think they learned a whole lot. Even if they maybe don't know it. Yet. So, once again, Thank you.

I am an Occupational Therapist, Primary School Teacher and Dyslexia Tutor/Assessor living in the Cotswolds in the UK. I have 5 grown up children and now work privately from my home as and OT and Tutor. I came across your website this morning as I was looking for materials to help inspire my teaching of pupils aged mainly 8 - 13. Yours is a wonderful site and I will tell the parents I work with about it.

I just thought I'd take the time to let you know what a great site you've put together! Great materials, and very easy to navigate my way around - so much so that I've already flagged it up to my colleagues.
Thanks for all your hard work. As an ESOL teacher of only 2 years experience at the great age of 51(!), it still takes me a long time to put lessons together and find appropriate assessment resources, but you have just made my life somewhat simpler! Thanks again, and best wishes for the future. |
